We operate two production lines equipped with over 30 sewing machines, including single-needle, double-needle, overlock, bar-tacking, stripe-running, and buttonhole machines. These are operated by more than 40 skilled garment workers and 10 specialists in fabric cutting, pattern making, layout, packaging, and quality control. Our production capacity reaches up to 15,000 garments per month.
Printing & Embroidery Workshop:
Our facility includes 8 screen-printing tables, 3 heat-transfer printers, and 24 embroidery machines of various types (1-head, 4-head, 12-head, and 18-head). These machines are imported from Korea and Japan, run by 2 expert technicians and nearly 40 experienced workers. Our monthly capacity exceeds 200,000 printed and embroidered products.
All products meet the strict quality standards required for export to demanding markets such as Japan, Europe, Australia, and Singapore.
